We recommend you keep your operating system up to date with the latest patches and security updates as released by the manufacturers.

If you choose to use Web PreVeil Express that is without a local installation, we currently only support usage Chrome and Firefox. Please note that while Web PreVeil may also work in the new MS Edge (built on Chromium), however, we do not officially support it at this time, Firefox, and Edge. Safari is also not officially supported for use with any version of PreVeil.

Linux is not officially supported at this time, but is something that we’re looking to add in the futureWe do not currently support Linux. However, if you have your PreVeil account on an Android or iOS device, you can use Web PreVeil (web.preveil.com) to temporarily log into your account in a supported browser on a Linux deviceLinux operating systems.

At this time, PreVeil does not support the traditional terminal server system, however, PreVeil has been found to operate on persistent Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) systems.
