Desktop client installation is supported for macOS 10.12 (Sierra) through Catalina (10.15). We also support installation on Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Windows machines must be 64-bit.

We recommend you keep your operating system up to date with the latest patches and security updates as released by the manufacturers.
If you choose to use Web PreVeil without a local installation, we currently only support usage Chrome and Firefox. Please note that while Web PreVeil may also work in the new MS Edge (built on Chromium), we do not officially support it at this time. Safari is also not officially supported for use with any version of PreVeil.
Using PreVeil on a mobile device? PreVeil is compatible with iOS 9.0+ and Android 21 (Lollipop) or higher.
Linux is not officially supported at this time, and we don’t have plans to add it to our roadmap. However, if you have your PreVeil account on an Android or iOS device, you can use Web PreVeil (web.preveil.com) to temporarily log into your account on any device that has a browser.
