Why is my sent message stuck in the Outbox folder in PreVeil Mail?
The most common cause of a sent message being held in the Outbox folder in PreVeil Mail is due to your intended recipient not having a PreVeil account associated with their email address. In this case, they will receive an invitation to join PreVeil with a free account.
You will be notified of the invitation and you will also be notified when they join PreVeil.
Please note:
The recipient will need to install PreVeil on their device and create an account with the email address where they received the invitation.
Once your recipient has a PreVeil account, any messages queued in the Outbox for their email address will automatically be sent to them.
It is necessary for both the sender and recipient to have a PreVeil account as that is how our end-to-end encryption works in the “closed network” model PreVeil uses.

If you have multiple messages waiting to be sent in the Outbox, please allow some time for them to send once your intended recipient has a PreVeil account associated with their email address.
