Cannot send an email - Add at least one recipient to your mail

Symptom
Please add at least one recipient to your email
The send button is faded or grayed out.
Solution
When addressing an email, a color code must appear adjacent to the name indicating the recipient type, after typing each email address press the enter key to register the email address.
The orange stripe indicates a PreVeil user and the gray stripe indicates a non-PreVeil user who would be invited to join PreVeil upon sending.
