Where is the Admin Console menu item on desktop builds 5.x?

The Admin Console has moved to a new place in the user layout.

Please find the admin console in the persons icon on the upper right corner of the menu bar.

The admin console may also be accessed by going to http://127.0.0.1:4003/admin/users on a web browser.
