Stopping a Running Data Export

Stopping a Running Data Export

Occasionally, you may encounter a situation where a data export job appears to be complete, but your browser indicates that the job cannot be canceled. If you need to halt an ongoing or stuck data export process, follow the steps below to safely stop it.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Stop the PreVeil Service

  1. Locate the PreVeil Key Menu in your system tray (usually found at the bottom-right corner of your screen).

  3. Select Power Options, then click Stop PreVeil Services.

Step 3: Restart the PreVeil Service

This process should terminate any in-progress data export jobs and allow you to restart the export if necessary.
