Downloading Files from a PreVeil Express Session

This article will detail how to download files from a PreVeil Express session. Please note that at this time, you can only download files from PreVeil, you cannot download entire folders.

Downloading Files from Drive

To download a file from Drive in PreVeil Express:

  1. Click on the checkbox next to the file you want to download.

  2. Click on the Download Files button.

  3. You will get a progress indicator in the lower left hand corner that will indicate when the download has completed.

  4. The file will then be available for you to access in the Download folder of File Explorer (if you’re on Windows)o or Finder (if you’re on Mac).

Note: In Drive, you can select multiple files to download at one time if you choose.

 

Downloading Attachements from Emails in Mail

If an email sent you via PreVeil Mail has an attachment on it, you can download that attachment by:

  1. Open the email, and click on the attachment.

  2. The file will then be available for you to access in the Download folder of File Explorer (if you’re on Windows)o or Finder (if you’re on Mac).

Note: If an email has multiple attachments, you can only download one at a time.
