Bug Fixes

Recovery Group Approval Details Fix

  • Fixed an issue where a user’s information was not properly displayed in Recovery Group approval requests.

  • Approvers can now view accurate user details when reviewing Recovery Group changes.

  • Includes additional workflow fixes related to Recovery Group operations.

Deleted User Re-Invitation Fix

  • Resolved an issue preventing the re-invitation of users who had been previously deleted under certain conditions.

  • Admins can now successfully re-invite deleted users without errors.

Improvements

Bulk Re-Invitation of Deleted Users

  • Admins can now re-invite multiple deleted users in bulk by uploading a CSV file through the Admin console.

  • Simplifies recovery and reinstatement workflows for user accounts.

Improved Read-Only Folder Handling for Mail Attachments

  • Improved system behavior when attempting to save mail attachments into read-only folders.

  • Users now receive a clear, user-friendly message instead of encountering an error.

Enhanced User List Sorting

  • The Users list in the Admin console now supports sorting by the Role column.

  • Sorting applies to both active and pending users for improved management and visibility.

Clear Email Gateway User ID

  • Admins can now remove the assigned Gateway service account.

Important: The Email Gateway must be disabled first before the Remove button appears.

Note: Removing the user will also delete the list of external users and domains
