Individual User Settings for a PreVeil Express Account

If you have a PreVeil Express account, you will find your individual user settings for that account here in the application:
Please note that this article is specific to PreVeil Express account users. For full PreVeil account users, please reference this article for your user settings options.
Profile
The Profile page will be where you can see the name, email address, and MFA authentication method related to your PreVeil account.
You can also set email signatures here for emails you send in the PreVeil browser application.
If you set an email signature, it will be applied in emails you compose and send in PreVeil.
Account Recovery
This is where a user can create, or delete and recreate, a recovery file for their account.
Change Password
This is where you can initiate a change of password for your PreVeil Express account.
Please note that you must be signed into your account to be able to change the password. If you’ve forgotten your password and are unable to login to it to change it, steps for an emergency change can be found here, but they do require that you had already created a recovery file for your account before losing access to it.
Change Authentication
This is where you can initiate a change of the MFA method you selected for your account access.
