Attempting to Claim a PreVeil Account from an Organization Invitation Redirects to our Website Downloads Page

There is a known issue where the following steps occur:

  1. An administrator of a PreVeil organization invites a new user to join that organization.

  2. The new user clicks on the account claim link in the invitation email they receive.

  3. Their account is not created, and the user is redirected to our software download page on our website.

This issue will be resolved in the next build we release (5.8.14), but if you encounter it in the meantime, please open a ticket at preveil.com/support and the Support team can provide you with an advance version of the 5.8.14 installer package.
