How to change your SMS phone number in PreVeil Express

These instructions will walk you through how to change your SMS phone number in PreVeil Express.

 Instructions

  1. Once you are logged into your PreVeil Express account, click the Settings gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the application.

  2. Click Profile, which will take you to your profile page, where you can update and change your phone number.

  3. In the Mobile Phone Number field, click the edit (pencil) icon to update your phone number.

  4. A new dialog box will appear prompting you to re-enter your PreVeil Express password in order to change your phone number.

  5. You will then need to verify your identity again by entering the SMS code sent to your mobile device

Note: You will need access to your old device to receive the SMS verification code before you can update your phone number to the new one.

  2. After entering the verification code, a new field will appear where you can enter your new phone number.

  3. Once you enter your new number, click the orange “Submit" button

  4. After successfully entering your new phone number, a green confirmation message will appear at the top of the page indicating that the change was successful (example below).
