Can I log out of PreVeil or stop the PreVeil services?

Because PreVeil is always running in the background, there is no need to log in or log out of the PreVeil system. Most authentication systems use passwords, which can be difficult to remember and manage. The PreVeil system uses the encryption key on your device to authenticate you and give you access to your account. Since the encryption key is always on your device, thereās no need to log in or out of your PreVeil account.
PreVeil services can be stopped and started, however, should there be a need to do so. While running in the background, PreVeil should not be consuming excessive resources. If you notice that the PreVeil software is utilizing too much of your computerās resources, you can try restarting the services via the above instructions. If the issue persists, please open a ticket with the support team at preveil.com/support.
