Admin Console - Usage Report
Please note that this functionality is only available on build 5.8.19 and higher on Windows, and is now available on build 5.9.4 or higher for Mac.
The Usage Report area of the PreVeil admin console offers an administrator an easy way to see and download statistics about their organization license and data usage, some details about settings configured for your organization, and a way to change the name of your organization.
Renaming an Organization
To rename your PreVeil organization, you can click on the pencil icon to the right of the organization’s current name.
You will then be able to change the name of the organization, which will be represented for all members of your organization.
Licensing Information
You can see how many of your purchased licenses you’ve used to date, and the link to Purchase More Licenses will open an email in your native email client to send to our Customer Success team to inquire about purchasing additional licenses for your tenant.
Security Status and the Print Button
The Security Status section of this page outlines some configurations that are automatically set for your organization upon its creation. Mousing over the information buttons will provide additional information about these settings, but you can also find more information about them here.
The Print button allows you to print out a copy of the entire Usage Report page.
Data Usage and User Storage Details
The All Storage graph will outline how much of your 10TB data pool for PreVeil is currently being utilized for data storage, and how much available storage you have remaining.
The Used Storage graph outlines a total of how much of your users' data in Drives is individual (data that only they have access to), and how much is shared (data they’ve shared with other PreVeil users).
The User Storage Details section provides a more comprehensive breakdown of data storage statistics by user.
This table can also be exported to a CSV file, by clicking on the download button.
