On your phone, open the PreVeil app.
If you don’t already have the app on your phone, you can download it from the app store. We support both iOS and Android mobile platforms.
Click on Add Existing Account.

If prompted, allow the PreVeil app to access your camera.
Scan the QR code from your recovery file, and it will transfer a copy of your key to your phone and allow you to access your account.
