Service Update: Temporary Impact to IMAP/SMTP Access
Our engineering team is currently deploying a backend hotfix to resolve a regression identified this morning that affects IMAP and SMTP functionality. During this update, some users may experience difficulty accessing PreVeil services.
There is no risk of data loss, and no action is required from you. Once services are restored, simply refresh your browser to resume normal access.
We will post an update as soon as the deployment is complete.

PreVeil Desktop App 5.9.4 (MacOS) has been released. It is the equivalent of 5.8.19 for Windows.

PreVeil Desktop App 5.8.19 introduces new productivity and administrative features, along with a series of improvements to the Admin Console’s Usage Report and multiple stability fixes. This release enhances visibility for administrators and streamlines common user workflows such as saving email attachments.
PreVeil Express users may log in and reset their passwords. Click here for more information.
PreVeil Express users may create a recovery code file. We highly advise creating a recovery file. Click here for a PreVeil Express Account Recovery Guide.
Individual (non-org) Express users may delete their account by navigating to Settings > Profile and finding a Delete Account button.
