    • The build 5.8.9 release improves reliability and admin usability with key fixes for Recovery Group approvals and re-inviting deleted users. It also adds enhancements like bulk user re-invitation, better handling of read-only folders, sortable user roles, and new Email Gateway management options.

    • We have made an enhancement upgrade that may require existing PreVeil Express users to change the passwords associated with their accounts if their current passwords are listed on a databased of those that are commonly used, breached, or compromised.     • The build 5.8.8 improves reliability across Mail, Drive, and Admin workflows, addressing issues like email loading after deletion, forwarding with attachments, and legacy Drive link support. It also introduces performance enhancements such as faster backend email operations and new sorting options in the Admin console.

  • September 4, 2025

    • The build 5.8.7 introduces starring items in Drive, cloud Edit support for PDF file in Foxit, and enhanced domain whitelisting in Email Gateway. It also includes multiple bug fixes and enhancements, including around moving and sharing items in Drive, and moving items in Mail.
