PreVeil allows you to integrate your Mail with Outlook and access your PreVeil Mail in the Outlook Client. If you are experiencing issues with that integration, this article will detail some steps you can take to resolve them.

Re-Enter PreVeil Integration Password
Open PreVeil in the browser app on your computer.
Mouse over Settings and then select Add to Mail Client.
Click on the link that says Click here for instructions to manually add PreVeil to other email programs (Outlook on Mac, etc.)
Copy the value located in the Password field.
Paste the password into the Password field in the Outlook pop-up box, and click OK.
Remove and Re-add the PreVeil Mailbox in Outlook
Remove the existing PreVeil mailbox from Outlook via the steps found here.
Re-add PreVeil to Outlook via the steps found here.
Multi-tenancy
The multi-tenancy (MT) is a feature used to segregate PreVeil accounts on a shared computer such that only the local windows user that generated the PreVeil account can open it. The MT will be in effect if the local user account opening the PreVeil account is different than the one that claimed it. For a private computer, see disabling multi-tenancy in Windows. To reset the multi-tenancy do the following.
Have a recovery method set
Add your account to another device as a temporary storage place
Set a recovery group or check that your organization’s administrator has set one for you by going to Settings and Recovery Group
Uninstall PreVeil and remove private key data
Run C:\PreVeil\Uninstall.exe and opt to remove the private key data
All PreVeil keys will be cleared from the computer
No user data is removed
Install PreVeil
Go to http://preveil.com/download for the installer file
