Cloud Lock does not completely stop user access to files locally. Users retain the ability to cloud-edit files.
Known issues queued for resolution
Users can download files in the browser application. Downloaded files go to the PreVeil Downloads folder which does not synchronize.
If users have files in the root of Drive and Cloud Lock is disabled the files will not synchronize. The files would need to be moved workaround is to move files to a sync-enabled folder.
