Group email addresses only apply within your PreVeil organization; you can not cannot include email addresses of PreVeil users outside of your organization.

To create a Group:
Click the Admin Console icon option in the upper right hand corner menu bar at the top of the PreVeil browser application, and then select Email Groups from the left-hand menu.
Click on the + button to create a new Email Group.
Give the Group a name in the Group Email Address field, and add users by entering their email address and selecting them from the pre-fill field. Repeat adding email addresses until all the users you want to be part of the group have been added.
When all the addresses have been added, click on the Create Group Email button.
You will receive a notification that group has been successfully created.
Using a Group
In the Mail section of PreVeil, type the group name into the To: field of a new email you want to send to the members of the group.
In the Drive section of PreVeil, type the group name into the Invite: field of a new emailfolder you want to share with the members of the group.

To add a user an exiting Group:
Click the Admin Console icon in the upper right hand corner of the PreVeil browser application, and then select Email Groups from the menu.
Click on the checkbox next to the group name, and then select the pencil icon to Edit the group.
To add a new user to the group, start typing in the email address of the person you want to add, then select it from the pre-fill field to add them to the group.
Click on the Update Group Email button.
You will receive a notification that the group has been successfully updated.
To delete someone from an existing group:
Click the Admin Console icon in the upper right hand corner of the PreVeil browser application, and then select Email Groups from the menu.

Click on the checkbox next to the group name, and then select the pencil icon to Edit the group.
Click the X next to the user you want to delete.
After deleting the user, click on the Update Group Email button.
You will receive a notification that the group has been successfully updated.

Click the Admin Console icon in the upper right hand corner of the PreVeil browser application, and then select Email Groups from the menu.
Select the checkbox next to the group you want to delete, and then click on the trash can icon.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the group.
You will receive a notification that the Group has been successfully deleted.
