If you experience issues while using PreVeil, a support member may ask you to Export Logs or check your Diagnostics to help with troubleshooting.
The Diagnostics screen looks like this. When you open this screen, click Run Diagnostic on the top right of the screen. If any of the services show errors, click on the error to open and view it.
