New Feature: Device Wipe

Overview: Admins now have the ability to delete user devices, ensuring The deletion of a device ensures the complete removal of PreVeil data including Drive files, emails, logs, cache, and user keys. When a device is locked, all data except the user key is deleted. End users also have the Device Wipe feature when deleting their own Administrators now have the capability to delete organization member devices.

  1. Locking or Deleting a Device:

    • Go to the Admin Console users directory at 127.0.0.1:4003/admin-console/users.

    • Open the user's profile.

    • Click the Devices tab.

    • Click the ellipsis next to the device.

    • Select Lock or Delete.

    • The device wipe feature activates.
