We strongly recommend that you create a Recovery File, as this will allow you to recover your PreVeil encryption key should you need to do so. Your encryption key is what allows you to access your PreVeil account; if that encryption key is lost you will not be able to access your PreVeil account. If a Recovery File is not created at the time of the account creation, you can create one later via the instructions found here. |
