To view current log information, select Activity Logs from the Admin Console.

  • The Activity Logs will capture data for any user within your organization.

  • The Activity Logs are also perpetual, meaning that you will always have access to log entries going back to the moment your organization was created.

To access the Activity Logs:

  • Click the Admin Console icon in the upper right hand corner of the PreVeil browser application, and then select Activity Logs from the menu.

  • By default, the information displays all your organization activity, starting with the most recent events

  • The logs will show 50 items per page. To see items older than the most current 50, click the right arrow to move to the previous page.

Timeframe

The Timeframe filter allows you to narrow the scope of the Activity Logs based on a time period. You can chose from some pre-configured options or set a Custom Range.

Users

1. Start typing in the user’s name, until you see their entry. Click on it to apply the filter for that user.

2. The Activity Logs will now only show activities related to that specific user.

  • Clicking on the Timeframe field will allow you to select from some other preconfigured ranges, or to select a custom range from a calendar.

Users

The Users filter allows you to show activities only for a specific user.

  • Type in the email address of the user in your organization that you want to see activity for. Select them from the pre-fill option, and then click on the Submit button. (Please note that that selecting the email address of the user from the pre-fill field will add the user to the Users filter field, but the filter will not apply until the Submit button has been clicked.)

  • You will now see only log entries for that user.

  • To remove users from the User filter, click the X to the right of their entry, and then click the Submit button.

Topic

By default, the Topic option is set to All; this means you are seeing every type of event that can occur in your organization. However, by clicking on the drop down menu next to Topic, you can filter by the following content options:
