Download the Handle application from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/handle . The download hyperlink may be found after the table of contents and at the end.
Locate the handle.zip file, open it, and extract it.
Go to the extracted folder.
There will be three choices for handle.exe based on system type.
If you are on Windows 10 check your System type by opening the start menu, type about, click About your PC, and see System type.
The handle.exe is the 64-bit binary (most users).
The handle64.exe is the x86 binary.
The handle64a.exe is the binary for Windows systems running on ARM-based hardware.
Double-click to launch the executable file.
After agreeing to the license agreement, the Command Prompt window will quickly scroll through installation operations and close. There will not be a signature that it is finished it will simply close.
Cut and paste the chosen handle.exe file to the
C:\Windows\System32folder. Note that this move will require administrator permission.
Finished and ready for cloud editing.
