If you encounter any issues while using PreVeil, the support team will likely ask you to send a copy of your PreVeil logs to diagnose the issue. To extract your logs, use the following process:

1 . Find the log extractor in the PreVeil application: Applications → PreVeil → diagnostic → log_extractor

Open the log extractor folder and run PreVeil_Support.

2. A terminal will pop up. Enter your password in the terminal (this requires admin privileges) to run the log extractor and hit enter. It will appear as though no text is entered as you are typing but this is a Mac security feature.

3. A zip file will save to your desktop, named PreVeil_Send_To_Support.zip

Attach the zip file to an email and send it to the PreVeil support team.
