  • Cloud-Only Feature Update:

    Organization administrators have the option to disable file syncing across the company. By default, this feature is turned off, allowing users to continue syncing their Drive files locally. Please note that existing organizations must update their users to the latest version before enabling this feature.

    When cloud-only mode is enabled, all Drive files will automatically be unsynced and removed from the local file system. Users will receive a notification email informing them of this change. If cloud-only mode is later disabled, any folders that were previously synced will not automatically resync. Instead, users will need to manually configure their sync settings to select the folders they wish to synchronize.

    Additionally, any files located in the default collection (the root of Drive) must be moved to a synchronized folder, as there are no sync controls available for individual files. This ensures that users can manage their file synchronization settings effectively and avoid potential data access issues.

  1. Folder Renaming: Fixed an issue where renaming a folder was not visible to the owner or shared users when Cloud Lock was enabled.

  2. Share Invitations: Users can now accept share invitations even when Cloud Lock is enabled.

  9. Shared Folder Sync Options: The sync option is now correctly available for shared folders only when Cloud Lock is enabled.

  10. Folder Share Invites: Fixed the display issue with the “Accept With Syncing” option in folder share invites, ensuring accepted folders are added to Drive.

  11. Sync Permissions Popup: The role field in the Sync Permissions popup now displays correctly.

  12. Log Details: Resolved issues with placeholder details appearing in logs related to Cloud Lock settings.
