To remove PreVeil software from your computer:
On a Windows machine:
Search for "Control Panel" at the start screen then select it
Under the "Programs" heading, select "Uninstall a program"
Select "PreVeil" from the list
Press "Uninstall"
After the uninstaller runs, select whether to delete your keys*
If you keep your keys, you will be able to access your account if you reinstall PreVeil. If you delete your keys, you risk permanently losing access to your account and data.

Open the run application (Windows Key + R)
Input C:\PreVeil\Uninstall.exe and click OK
A dialogue window will prompt for key deletion
By ticking the Remove Private Key Data checkbox all private keys will be removed from the computer
Click Uninstall
On a Mac:
Open a new Finder window
Click on Applications on the menu on the left
Navigate to the PreVeil application folder
Navigate to the uninstaller folder
Double click on "PreVeil Uninstaller.app"
Select whether to delete your keys*
