We strongly recommend that you create a Recovery File, as this will allow you to recover your PreVeil encryption key should you need to do so; if that encryption key is lost you will not be able to access your PreVeil account. If a Recovery File is not created at the time of the account creation, you can create one later via the instructions found here. |
