This article will explain why users whom you invite from the Admin console to subsume their accounts to your organization will sometimes disappear from the user’s page. We will also go over if a user’s invitation is about to expire and you want to resend the invite to extend there their time to accept by resending another invitation.
Causes of This:
(Pending users), that is users that have been invited but have yet to claim their account, will expire after two weeks when the invite is no longer valid and the pending user is automatically removed from the Users page.
