The Approval Requests section of the Admin Console is where an administrator can see when an Approval Group has been invoked, and what the result of that wastrack approval request activities in their organization. These activities include:
Recovery Group requests.
Data Export requests.
If an Approval Group is assigned to the Admin Management activity, then any requests related to that.
Requests for existing PreVeil users to subsume their accounts into your organization.
To view the Approval Request page:
In Click the Admin console for your PreVeil organization, Console icon in the upper right-hand corner of the PreVeil browser application, and then select Approval Requests from the left-hand menu.

The Active Pending tab will show any active pending approvals. These are approval requests that have been invoked but not yet completed; they have not yet been approved or denied. For these pending approvals you will see the action being requested, the requester, a timestamp of when the action was invoked, and a timestamp of when this approval request will expire.

If you click on the entry, you will see some additional data about the approval request.
An administrator can also delete a pending approval request by clicking on the Delete Pending Changes button.

The History tab will show any past approval requests, and whether they were approved or denied.

On the History tab, you can switch between seeing those approval requests that have been approved and those that have been denied from the drop down menu.

Like on the Active Pending tab, if you click on any of the entries on the History tab, you will see some additional information about that approval request.
