Add PreVeil to Outlook on Windows
Read this article if you have already installed PreVeil on your Windows PC, and you are ready to add PreVeil to Outlook.

To get to your PreVeil account quickly, double-click the PreVeil shortcut on your desktop or in your Start menu. |
5. Click Inbox below your PreVeil email account to view the Welcome message in your new inbox.

If you have at least one other existing email account in Outlook before you install PreVeil, the PreVeil email inbox will have a special designation of (Encrypted) in front of it as shown above. If the PreVeil account is your only email account in Outlook, it will have no special designation. |
Use PreVeil on Windows Outlook
If you have not yet integrated your PreVeil account into Outlook, please read Add PreVeil to Outlook first.
Use your new PreVeil email account in Outlook the same way you would use your regular Outlook email account.

If you do not see the From field when you are composing a new message, go to the Options menu in the new message window (not the Outlook main window), and in the Show Fields section, select From. This adds the From field to all of your new email messages. |

It's important that once your PreVeil account is activated on your device, you configure your recovery settings. Without a Recovery Group configured, if you only have your account on one device and you delete PreVeil or lose your device, you will permanently lose access to all the data in your account. |
