The Approval Requests section of the Admin Console is where an administrator can see when an Approval Group has been invoked.

1. If an Approval Group has been invoked, navigate to the Approval Requests section of the Admin Console, and you’ll see the entry for it there with a “Pending” status.

2. Clicking on the entry will allow you to see the details of the activity being invoked, who invoked it, the creation and expiration dates, and the progress of who in the group has already approved the activity.

The administrator also has the ability to delete the request by clicking on the Delete Pending Changes button.

3. An administrator can also see a history of approved and denied Approval Requests within the organization on the History tab. They can filter by Approvals Approved or Approvals Denied in the available drop down menu.
