If you encounter any issues while using PreVeil, the support team will likely ask you to send a copy of your PreVeil logs. To extract your logs, use the following process:

1 . Find the log extractor in the PreVeil application: Applications → PreVeil → diagnostic → log_extractor

Open the log extractor folder and run PreVeil_Support.

2. Enter your password in the terminal (this requires admin privileges) to run the log extractor

3. A zip file will save to your desktop, named PreVeil_Send_To_Support.zip

You can then attach the zip file to an email and send it to the PreVeil support team.
