If you encounter any issues while using PreVeil, the support team will likely ask you to send a copy of your PreVeil logs to diagnose the issue. To extract your logs, use the following process:
Open your Key Menu. Your Key Menu is located on the bottom right side of your screen in the system tray. Click on the key icon to open the Key Menu.
To export your logs to a zip file on your desktop, click Export Logs on the top left side of the Key Menu screen.
A zip file will save to your desktop, named PreVeil_Send_To_Support.zip
Attach the zip file to an email and send it to the PreVeil support team at support@preveil.com
