  1. Go to the Control Panel, and then select Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

2. Click on Email Accounts

3. Click on New

4. Select Manual setup or additional server types, and then click Next.

5. Select POP or IMAP, then click Next.

6. Fill out the following fields with the necessary information:
Your Name
Email Address
Account Type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: 127.0.0.1
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): 127.0.0.1
User Name
Password

Note: Some of this information, like Email Address, User Name, and Password, is unique depending on your PeVeil account information. You can find this information in PreVeil by going to Settings, then Add to Mail Client, and then scrolling down and clicking on the link that says Click here for instructions to manually add PreVeil to other email programs (Outlook on Mac, etc.)

7. Once that information has been entered, click on the More Settings button.

8. Click on the Outgoing Server tab, and check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication box, and select Use same settings as my incoming server.

9. In the Incoming server (IMAP) field, type in 4000, and in the Outgoing server (SMTP) field, type in 4001. Then click OK.

Back on the Change Account box, click Next.

10. Outlook will test your settings. Once successfully completed, click Close.

11. Click Finish.
