Can I change the phone number associated with my PreVeil Express account?
For security reasons, a user’s phone number is uniquely and permanently associated with an individual PreVeil Express account.
This number (specified during the initial account setup) cannot be changed as it is the number that is used as part of the multi-factor authentication process to log into a PreVeil Express account.
The existing PreVeil Express account can be deleted and then a new account can be created with the particular phone number that is desired.
Deleting a PreVeil Express account results in all data contained in that account being permanently deleted.
