Expanded expiration time for Export Shard submission to four weeks

When assigning an Approval Group to Data Export a key shard or conceptual piece of a key is collected for each member of the organization but for this to be successful organization members must be online and active in the PreVeil software. We received feedback that seven days was insufficient time for users to connect. We have answered with expanding the time to four weeks.

If an organization has missing key shards for Data Export the Health Check email will identify the users and report an invalid export group.

Office add-in check for updates

The Key Menu now has an Updates section that allows for checking for updates on the Outlook and Office add-ins.

Note: the add-ins are available in the PreVeil Customer Materials folder and is planned for public release on preveil.com/download in the future.

Deletions are added to Activity Logs

The following delete actions have been added to Activity Logs

• Delete email from trash

• Delete folder from trash

• Delete file from trash

• Emptying the trash
