Obtain the Browser Application Logs
PreVeil support may need to view your web browser’s console logs when helping you troubleshoot an issue. Your console logs may provide additional information about what is causing your issue.
In the web browser, reproduce the issue and then follow the steps for your web browser.
How to find the Console and Network Browser Logs
These instructions are for Google Chrome but are generally the same for Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.
Click the ellipsis, place the mouse over More tools, then click on Developer tools.
Click on the Console tab.
Look for errors which usually appear in red text. Take a screen shot of the error messages.

Repeat for the Network Tab.

Save the screenshots and upload to your service ticket. To view your ticket, login or create an account at the Service Desk portal.
Log Export
Alternatively, the logs may be exported.
Network Logs
Click on the download button in the Network tab.
Console Logs
Right-click the error message and click Save As in the drop-down menu.
Send the log export in an encrypted email to support@preveil.com.
