Common Causes
The invite email was put in the junk or spam folder
Email security and/or filtering has intercepted the invite email
The email address has been suppressed by PreVeil’s mailing system
The email was sent from PreVeil Express
Invite email found in the junk or spam folder
If the email is found in your spam or junk folder, you may answer the invite there. Secondly, check your mail system’s directions for trusting the preveil.com domain to prevent future email from going there again.
Email Security system control
Email security sometimes may have a quarantine available to hold potentially dangerous or unwanted messages. Please check with your IT manager to release the email and add exceptions for email from the preveil.com domain.
Email Suppression
If the email address invited to PreVeil produces a bounce or complaint event the email address is added to a suppression list and subsequent emails will not send. Please contact PreVeil Support for help in addressing a suppressed email address.
PreVeil Express
Emails sent to non-PreVeil addresses do not generate an invite. Please encourage the user to visit Create a PreVeil Express account.
